Payment: I use Paypal as it is a secure on-line payment method, which means I never get to see your personal credit card details.  I only ask for information I need, in order for your purchases to arrive at the correct address. The “add to basket” button automatically connects you with Paypal for secure on-line shopping.

Delivery: Within the UK you will normally receive your goods within 7 working days of placing your order. In the unfortunate event there is a delay, you will be notified immediately.

Returns: All items are quality checked before despatch. If however you are unhappy with your purchase you are able to return your goods in their original condition unworn and unused within 7 days, at the purchaser’s expense.  Refunds will be made by the original payment method, as soon as the items are received.  I recommend that you send the items by recorded mail, as I cannot be responsible for goods that fail to reach me.  On receipt of your goods I will refund you the price you paid. For health and hygiene reasons, no returns are available on pierced earrings.

Faulty goods: In the case of defective items or errors on my part, I will happily refund your delivery costs and costs incurred by you in returning the goods to me or replace the items free of charge.  Refunds will be made by the original payment method, as soon as the items are received.  I recommend that you send the items by recorded mail, as I cannot be responsible for goods that fail to reach me.  If you need to return an item for a refund or exchange please e-mail me first at: returns@bead-jewelled.co.uk

Packaging: I take great care in packaging your orders. Each item is protected by careful wrapping including tissue and bubble-wrap where necessary. All items are sent in padded envelopes to guarantee the safety of your purchase in transit. Each item will be in a beautiful velvet pouch.

Postage: Postage and packaging costs are added to your Paypal total on checking out. A one-off charge of £1.95 is added to cover the cost of postage and packaging whether you have ordered one item or several. All items will be sent by First Class Royal Mail recorded delivery so a signature will be required on receipt.
