Can you make a certain design in a different colour? Some designs can be made in different colours depending on the beads used, so e-mail me requesting the colour you want and I will see what I can do. Items made in Swarovski crystals can be made in many colours. If it is possible, I will email you a picture of the new stone colour. If you decide you do not like it, you will not be obligated to buy. If you do, I will create the design and send it to you upon the receipt of payment.

Can you change the finished length of the jewellery? Most necklaces and bracelets can be made to a specified length. I will be happy to make adjustments in the length of necklaces and bracelets providing additional materials are available. There is no charge for shortening the length. Adding length up to an inch or two is also usually free, unless the materials are very expensive, but if you need several inches, there will be a reasonable fee. Can you make matching items if theye are not already available on the website?  I can make most pieces of jewellery as a set so if for example you see a necklace you like and would like to match a bracelet or earrings to it then please email me and I will see what I can do.
